COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Yet’Ale collects information you provide directly via our App and websites. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the options you choose from within our application and includes:

Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to register for the services our application provides.
Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including re-blogging, or ordering a product, as well as other interactions you may have with the Application and other users via server log files.
Financial Data
Currently we do not collect any Financial data from any user, only transaction history on purchases that are managed on cash on delivery fashion. Phone Authentication Permissions The Application needs your phone number to verify and authenticate new registrations. Considering that we will be retaining your phone number on the backend server we use to provide the delivery service.
Geo-Location Information
We need access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings. And upon such decisions we do not guarantee you a streamlined service for almost all of the service we provide entirely depends on location.
Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s SMS messages, Camera, and Photo Album and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings. Again here, upon such decisions we do not guarantee you a streamlined service for almost all of the service we provide entirely depends on location.
Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings. However, the streamlined service Yet’Ale offers will be interrupted upon such discontinuations, resulting very low consumer experience.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a streamlined, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to

If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party. CONSIDERING SPECIFIC PRIVACY LAWS IN OTHER COUNTRIES

Our Application caters for anyone living in Ethiopia. Considering the limited demographic circumference, we are not explicitly following the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) to the word. However, much of the provisions in our Privacy Policy comply to the general rules of engagement in online privacy.
